Do you ship to Canada?
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada. Kize is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly. 

Do you ship outside of North America?
We are happy to offer International Shipping for shipping outside of the US & Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon checkout. How much will it cost to ship my order?
For the most up-to-date domestic and international shipping rates, please add a product in your cart and select your preferred mode of shipping.

Can I cancel or modify an order before it ships?
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change or cancel the order. Orders are shipped immediately upon completion as we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible.

When will my order ship?
Due to high order volume, please note that orders may experience shipping delays

Will I get a tracking number?
As soon as your order is processed and packed you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Do you accept returns?
For health and safety reasons, all masks are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
